To crown a fantastic career with almost 50 championship medals, Mark has reached the end of his swimming career as he seeks new avenues in the coaching and media world.
On a personal note our favourite feature of the website are the slow motion video clips. They really give a great view of the technical aspect of each stroke, from the precision of the lead hand entering the water to the power of the stroke under the surface. Visit the website to check them out.
I have so many plans and ambitions for my website that I didn't even know were possible. 13 Strides are opening my eyes to new ways of delivering my ideas in sport.
