PAC training is best explained by Steve Backley himself in his opening lines of his workshops. Effectively his message is that sports people in general are very good at many things, but bad at some things too. And the basics of fundamental movement are the key elements that he believes are neglected to the detriment of sporting success.

In addressing this problem, Steve has put in an enormous amount of time and effort to package his expertise into a web based application aimed at coaches of all sports. PAC training creates an online community for coaches to learn from Steves experience in his video based exercise directory, and form technical articles which are updated every two weeks. Unique audio interviews with the worlds biggest sporting names also add to give the website and enormous value that is attracting sports coaches and federations world wide.

Power Agility and Coordination - the web based training system introduced by Steve Backley OBE. The website delivers personalised training schedules to anyone aiming to improve their physical performance across all sports and all levels of ability.
