We’re still really excited about being part of the Great Activity project with Great Run, which stresses the importance of exercise in a fit and healthy lifestyle.
Launched at the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester with British Olympic medallist and founder of the Great North Run Brendan Foster and then UK sports minister Richard Cabourn in attendance, it was a real pleasure to see our digital marketing work being portrayed on such a large scale.
The brief was to create a new website that would really inspire people countrywide to participate in sport – and embrace a fitter and healthier existence.
It was a big challenge but the media interest in Great Activity has been just one of positive measures of success.
Another has been the huge demand for training plans and advice, mostly from people who have already signed up for a Great Run or other challenging event and need to get down to some serious work in preparation for their big day.
